Adapting A Phygital Strategy

We began our foray into ecommerce by partnering with firstcry.com and successfully integrating FOX into their platform, which featured over 100+ points of sale.

Expansion Via Channel Partners

MW extended its operations by forging partnerships with several leading channel partners, including Myntra, Flipkart, Jabong, and Amazon, in order to bring our portfolio of global brands – such as Alcott, Scotch and Soda, 7 for all mankind, North Face, and many more – to a wider audience.

Entering Middle East

In order to expand its global reach and penetrate the Middle East market, MW forged new partnerships with Reliance Ltd. in India and Noon Group in the Middle East. These strategic alliances were expected to increase our brands’ visibility and accessibility in key markets, while also providing new
opportunities for growth and expansion.

2023

Racing Towards $100M GMV

To expand our global presence, we plan to enter new markets such as Germany and onboard more international brands to our portfolio. Our aim is to provide customers with a diverse range of high-quality products from around the world.

MarcoWagon specializes in franchising, licensing, import sourcing, marketing, and distribution. We serve as a brand development partner for international brands operating in India and the Middle East.

Yolo Global

Our company is dedicated to creating in-house fashion and lifestyle brands with a strong digital presence. We are expanding our reach worldwide by partnering with channel partners for each of these brands.

ModaTech Ecommerce

Modatech operates as a B2B2C platform that facilitates marketplace sales for international brands through cross-docking integration with all of our channel partners across marketplaces in India and the Middle East.

Located in the UAE, Zomoda Global is dedicated to growing our portfolio in the Middle East market. We strive to offer innovative and high-quality products that cater to the evolving needs of our customers.

About The Founder

Zenil Shah is the Founder, Director & CEO at MarcoWagon, which he founded in 2012. He is responsible for setting the overall direction & strategy for the company. Zenil began his entrepreneurial journey by traveling extensively across the globe for setting up a vast network of brands, which helped MarcoWagon become one of the fastest growing Fashion/Lifestyle companies with a global footprint.

He has also established Yolo Global, Modatech Ecommerce & Zomoda Global; which cater to various domains of businesses such as Private Labels , E-commerce, Cross Dock & more. A decade into it, Zenil still feels that this is just the beginning. He works with the same passion and dedication everyday.
